I didn’t just package up the posts you’ve already read. I’ve gone back through every chapter to polish the prose and added an appendix with extra exercises. These are designed to take the concepts from “nice idea” to “practical change.”
A Little Something for You
As a thank you for being here, I wanted to share a small “gift” from the new Appendix, a quick exercise to help you diagnose your current creative friction:
The Friction Audit: List the last three times you sat down to write and didn’t. Don’t judge yourself; just look at the ‘why.’ Was it a technical hurdle (I don’t know what happens next), a physical one (I’m exhausted), or an emotional one (I’m afraid this is garbage)? Labeling the friction is the first step to clearing the path.
